    • Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed orders.
    • GST and other applicable taxes are included unless otherwise stated.
  4. Payments
    • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
    • Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
  5. Delivery Timeline
    • Digital Products: Instant delivery via download link upon successful payment.
    • Custom Services: Delivery timelines are based on project complexity and will be communicated during project initiation.
      • Minimum Timeline: 2 working days.
      • Maximum Timeline: 15 working days.
  6. Usage Rights
    • All purchased 3D models and custom designs are for personal or business use only.
    • Redistribution, resale, or modification of content is prohibited without prior written consent.
  7. Liability
    • AutoCADCMD is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products and services.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Digital Products
    • Refunds are not applicable for downloaded 3D models or files due to the nature of digital goods.
  2. Custom Services
    • Refunds for custom 3D modeling or technical drawing services can be requested if:
      • The deliverable does not meet the agreed specifications.
      • The request is made within 3 working days of delivery.
    • Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited to the original payment method.
  3. Cancellations
    • Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once payment is completed.
    • Custom service orders can be canceled only before the commencement of work.
  4. Refund Processing Timeline
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated within 2 working days of approval.
    • It may take 5-7 working days for the amount to reflect in the customer’s bank account, depending on the payment method and bank policies.
